..refused! I filed a claim for your refund. Hertz refuses to refund stating It is really Kayaks spot to refund and Kayak suggests Hertz is liable. I don't care who offers me the refund. I put in revenue on a product/provider and I didn't RECEIVE the product or service/assistance so a refund is necessary and justified. Extremely let down in the comp
